For you if one task is blocking the week and a group would waste your time. You bring the file. We finish a first usable version and write the recipe. If the task needs a second hour, we say so before you book again.

For you if the recipe worked in class and then slipped at home. Bring the card and the new file. We repeat the steps and adjust the wording. This clinic is not a first lesson.
Seats, chargers, font size, which account is already open. We do not start a new topic until the screen you will use is in front of you.
You work on the piece you brought. The tutor watches hands, not a projector. We stop at a finished scrap, not a perfect document.
Stand, write the first three recipe lines, ask the question you held back. Tea is in the room. We do not fill this slot with a lecture.
A second pass on a similar piece, or the next slice of the same file. This is where most people feel the clicks start to stick.
Plain words, the prompt, the check. You copy it in your own notebook if you prefer paper. Nobody leaves with only a memory of the screen.
Timed by us while building the lesson, on a demo task. Your own pace will differ.
Bring the device you already use. A laptop is comfortable for letters and spreadsheets. A tablet is enough for Everyday Essentials and photo work. A large-screen phone works for scam checks and short messages. Say so when you write if you only have a phone, and we will plan the seat and the font size.
If you have no laptop and want to work on a long letter, tell us before the first session. We can point you to a cheap weekly rental in the same building rather than selling you a machine.
You will need a free account on one general chat assistant and, for some lessons, a free photo or document tool. We do not create the account for you. We sit with you while you create it, and we write the recovery steps on paper. The tools themselves often have a free tier. Paid plans are optional and you buy them from the vendor if you later want them.
You pay after the first session, once you have seen the room and the pace. We take bank transfer or PayNow. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
You may move a session if you write or call at least 24 hours ahead. Later than that, that session is used. If we cancel, we offer the next seat or a refund for that sitting.
Prices on this page are ranges because a weekday morning group and a Saturday group can differ by a small amount. We confirm the figure before you start. Software fees charged by the vendors are separate and optional.
Do I need a laptop?
No. A tablet or a large-screen phone is enough for several programmes. A laptop is kinder on the eyes for long letters. Full answers sit on the FAQ page.
Will you set up an account for me?
No. You tap the buttons. We write the steps. That way the password stays yours and you can repeat the setup at home.
What if I need to cancel?
Give us 24 hours and we move the seat. The same rule is written again under FAQ and on the terms page.
