What we collect

When you use the contact form or write to us, we receive the name, e-mail, phone number if you leave one, the topic you picked and the message. We use those lines to reply and to place you in a group or a clinic. We do not buy lists and we do not add you to other organisations’ lists.

If you join a class we also keep the programme name, session dates and a record of payment. We do not ask for an NRIC to enrol. We do not store copies of the letters, photos or spreadsheets you open in class. Those files stay on your device. Drafts on a shared screen are deleted before the next group enters.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for up to twelve months so we can see what we already answered. Class attendance and payment notes are kept for as long as Singapore bookkeeping rules require, then deleted. Monthly follow-up e-mail is sent only to people who finished a programme; you may ask us to stop and we will.

If you ask us to erase a contact note, we will do so unless we must keep a payment record. Write to [email protected] from the address you used.

Who sees it

Tutors at the studio read what they need in order to teach you. We do not sell details. Hosting is in Singapore. Mail sent through the form travels over ordinary e-mail, so do not put bank phrases, identity numbers or medical notes in the box.

The site loads one font file from Google Fonts. That request goes to Google’s servers. See the cookies page for the preference we store in your browser when you close the notice bar.

Your requests

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct a name or number, or ask us to stop the monthly follow-up note. We will answer during working hours. This page is the notice we give before you type in the form.
